Location
The project is situated on a flat area with a wide view over the Fagaras County and a panoramic view over the Carpathians Mountains. It is located in the middle of Romania, at 48 km from Brasov on national Route 1 (E68) towards Sibiu. The future Transylvania (Bechtel) highway will pass at about 400 m from the South side of the plot.

Important distances: 30 km from the future Brasov (Ghimbav) airport, 80 km from Sibiu, 220 km from Bucharest.
The project main entrance is directly accessible from the National Route no 1 (DN1), as one side of the plot is situated at 50 m from it. The project will be fully visible from the A3 motorway service station situated at about 400 m distance from it. The nearest major exit from the highway will be at 5 minutes (at Mandra – a major connection between National Route 1 and the highway). There are secondary entrances on other sides – one from National Route and two different accesses from a country road.
The completion of the international airport of Ghimbav-Brasov will position the project at less than 15 minutes from this airport. This will ensure a highly accessibility in the project area.
