What can we offer to a potential partner ?

A. on a short-term vision:
- urbanization of the whole project – utilities on each plot
- sell the residential area in a retail vision (piece by piece)
- sell / rent the developed commercial and touristic areas
Investment needed: from 4 to 10 million euro, in a timeframe of 18 to 24 months, with an estimate ROI of 40 % to 60 % for the whole period

B. on a medium-term vision:
- urbanization of the whole project
- develop a partnership with a developer in order to build and sell about 350 houses together with the land
- develop the commercial and touristic area with a partner
- lease the golf course land to a major player in the industry
Investment needed: from 10 to 25 million euro, in a timeframe of 24 to 36 months, with an estimated ROI of 80 % to 140 % for the whole period

C. on a long-term vision:
- urbanization of the whole project
- build and sell all the houses, together with the land (or long-term rent them)
- develop the commercial areas and rent the mall / commercial center / hotel / spa center on a rent per sqm basis
- lease the golf course land to a major player in the industry or even co-operate it
Investment needed: starting from 20 million euro, in a timeframe of 48 to 60 months, with an estimated ROI of 200 % for the whole period.
