A. To buy the land, as an investment or for future development.
Our primary desire is to sell the project (land + whole project) at a price available upon request.

B. To form with us a partnership, as an equity partner that can assure the financing of the project according to a coherent business plan.
Because the whole project was conceived to have a maximum flexibility, if a buyer or an equity partner has a specific project in mind, we’ll consider also any alternative development, as the initial design of the land can be quickly modified to suit any feasible and marketable business concept.

C. Any coherent win-win proposal will be carefully considered.

There is a lot of information available to prospect buyers / equity partners (upon request). If you think you are interested in this project please send us an introductory headed letter from your entity, describing your intentions.

- project Master Plan (PUZ) – written & designed pieces – in English & Romanian
- topographical survey – dwg file
- feasibility study for utilities – in English & Romanian
- topographical (aerial) high-resolution photos of the project
- papers attesting the property over the land – Fagaras Land Registry excerpts
- Due Diligence by date
- Company structure and price details (Sunshine Romania is the concept designed for the land in property of EuroGolf SRL, a Special Purpose Vehicle company owned 100% by a non-domestic Limited Liability Company, namely EuroGolf LLC USA).
